The List of Passers of the June 2026 Penology Officer Exam (POE) will be available through this website or via the official website of the the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on July 16, 2026.
CSC encourages examinees to directly coordinate with the CSC Regional Office for other concerns like verification of examinee number and further examination result-related matters.

Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by 27 July 2026. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
To ensure that the enhanced OCSERGS is accessed, use the main, official CSC Website www.csc.gov.ph | Quick Links | OCSERGS.
Examinees are advised to be ready with their Examinee Number as it will be required in accessing their individual rating. Moreover, examinees should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format therein.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does not implement re-checking of test results in all types of civil service examinations nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal value on test results/ratings.
