MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 842 out of 1,482 passed the Geodetic Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Puerto Princesa, Palawan this September 2026.
The members of the Board of Geodetic Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Epifanio D. Lopez, Chairman; Engr. Concordio D. Zuñiga and Engr. Randolf S. Vicente, Members.
The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Schedule of Registration
The schedule of online registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses will be held on the following dates:

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC’s Official Website and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The verification of ratings for the September 2026 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Exam (GELE) results will be available online a few working days after the posting of results.
All GELE examinees, either passed or failed, can generate their individual examination ratings.
All successful examinees can refer to PRC’s Official Website to know check their respective board exam ratings/scores.
The following required information are needed to access the ratings: name of exam, date of exam, application number, name of examinee and the birth-date of examinee.
Oath-Taking Schedule
The schedule of oath-taking ceremonies of successful examinees of the September 2025 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Exam (GELE) is on the following dates:

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. The exact date, of whether the oath-taking will be conducted face-to-face or virtual, will be provided here once announced.
Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.
Meanwhile, those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking may attend the online oath-taking or request for a special oath-taking.
Exam Coverage
The September 2026 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Exam (GELE) covered the following topics:
- Laws, Rules and Regulations (Public land laws and natural resources, laws on property, land reform laws, land registration laws on obligation and contracts, professional and ethical practice and rules and regulations government land surveying)
- Mathematics (including algebra, solid geometry, analytical geometry engineering economics, plane and spherical trigonometry, differential and integral calculus, mechanics and least squares)
- Theory and Practice of Surveying (including property surveying, isolated, mineral and mining surveys, cadastral land surveying, astronomy, route surveys and earthworks, hydrographic and topographic surveying, photogrammetry, engineering surveys and construction surveying)
- Geodesy (including geodetic surveying, geodetic astronomy, geodetic triangulation, geodetic leveling, gravity measurement and least squares)
- Cartography (including plotting and mapping of isolated, mineral, cadastral, hydrographic photogrammetric surveys and map projection).
