The August 2025 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Exam (MELE) will be conducted in the following testing centers nationwide: NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.

This year’s 2nd batch of MELE will be conducted on August 9, 10 & 11, 2025.

Prohibited Items Inside the Exam Rooms

  • Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula;
  • Programmable calculators or calculators that can automatically carry out a sequence of operations under control of a stored program, much like a computer and/or with audio visual features, and/or capable of external communication or internet connectivity, specifically CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus;
  • CELLULAR PHONES, EARPLUGS, TRANSMITTERS, PORTABLE COMPUTERS, SMART WATCHES, BLUETOOTH AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS/DEVICES WHICH MAY STORE OR RETRIEVE DATA/INFORMATION AND/OR TO COMMUNICATE FOR WHATEVER PURPOSES
  • Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attaché case, backpacks, etc.); and
  • Other examination aids not stated on this program.

NOTE: The rules on the conduct of bodily search, inspection of personal belongings of the examinees, and the seizure/confiscation of prohibited items during the licensure exam (Annex A of PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, s. 2020) shall be strictly observed
