ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: October 2024 Certified Public Accountants Licensure Exam (CPALE)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the room assignments for the October 2024 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) a few days before the examination.

This year’s second Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) will be conducted on October 25-27, 2024.

Room Assignments

Below are the Room Assignments for the October 2024 CPALE:

Examinees shall report before 6:30 in the morning on the said date because latecomers will not be admitted.

Things to Bring Examination day

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

Notice of Admission
Official Receipt
One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
Two (2) or more pencils (NO. 2)
Ball pens (black ink only)
One (1) piece long brown envelope
One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)

Dress Code on Examination Day

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

For male examinees, tucked-in white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
For female examinees, tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks

Prohibited Items Inside the Exam Rooms:

Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
Calculators which are programmable or with embedded functions, especially CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus
Apple, Samsung and other smart watches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth and other electronic devices which may be used for communication purposes;
Bags of any kind (place your documents inside the transparent/plastic envelope)
Other examination aides not stated in this program

All personal belongings of the examinees shall be surrendered to the proctor and shall be placed in a secured space within the examination room.

The rules on the conduct of bodily search, an inspection of personal belongings of the examinees, and the seizure/confiscation of prohibited items during the licensure exam (Annex A of PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, s. 2020) shall be strictly observed.

Ask lang po, Bakit wala pa din ang room assignment ng DAVAO City para sa CPALE exam dis OCT 25, 26 at 27, 2024.
Mag- take po kasi ang anak ko. Salamat sa makasagot.

bkt wala pa po ang Tacloban City room assignment/school assignment para sa CPALE exam this Oct.24,26 & 27 2024. mag take ang anak ko po. Thank you..

Examinees are running out of time and need to be a bit relaxed now instead of waiting for their room assignments. They need to plan their routes in going to the exam sites as traffic nowadays is so terrible. Why the delay in announcing the room assignment in NCR. PRC please do your job well.

Good morning I want to inquire about the status of the CPA exam scheduled for tomorrow, October 25,2024 Im afraid that my son won’t be unable to take the CPA exam scheduled for tomorrow, due to the recent typhoon that hit the Bicol region, he is currently stranded on his way to Manila and will not be able to reach the examination center in time.
