The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces thatΒ 4,940Β out ofΒ 16,913Β passed theΒ Civil Engineers Licensure ExaminationΒ given by theΒ Board of Civil EngineeringΒ inΒ 19Β testing centers all over the Philippines lastΒ April 2025.Β The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of examination.

REGISTERED CIVIL ENGINEERS LICENSURE EXAM (CELE)

Schedule of Initial Registration
The schedule of Online Registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses will be held on the following dates:
- StartingΒ June 9, 2025, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.Β Please go toΒ www.prc.gov.phΒ and follow instructions for initial registration.Β
Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC’s Official WebsiteΒ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
The verification of ratings for the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE)Β will be available online a few working days after the posting of results.
All successful examinees can refer to PRC’s Official Website to know check their respective board exam ratings/scores.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
The COVID-19 pandemic is over and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has already started conducting face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals.
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.Β The exact date, of whether the oath-taking will be conducted face-to-face or virtual, will be provided here once announced.
Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.
Meanwhile, those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking may attend the online oath-taking or request for a special oath-taking.
Exam Coverage
The April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE)Β covered the following topics:
- Mathematics, Surveying and Transportation Engineering (algebra, plane and spherical trigonometry, analytics, descriptive and solid geometry, differential and integral calculus, highway and railroad surveying, plane topographic and hydrographic surveying, advanced surveying, design and construction of highways and railroads, piers, ports and wharves)
- Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering (fluid properties, hydrostatic pressures, fluid flow, buoyancy and flotation, relative equilibrium of liquids, hydrodynamics, water supply soil properties, soil classification, fluid through soil mass, stresses in soil mass, soil strength and tests, bearing capacity, compaction, consolidation and settlement, lateral earth pressures and slope stability)
- Structural Engineering and Construction (engineering mechanics, strength of materials, theory of structures, analysis and design of concrete, steel, timber structures and foundation with the application of the governing codes of practice)
