MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,611 out of 8,162 passed the Nurses Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in 21 Testing Centers all over the Philippines last February 2026. The results of examinations with respect to four (4) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Chairperson; Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Merle L. Salvani and Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon, Members.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule of Online Registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses will be held on the following dates:

• Starting April 13, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC’s Official Website and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:

• Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
• Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
• Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
• One (1) piece short brown envelope

Verification of Ratings

The verification of ratings for the February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) results will be available online a few working days after the posting of results.

All PNLE examinees, either passed or failed, can generate their individual examination ratings.

Examinees shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.

Oath-Taking Schedule

The schedule of oath-taking schedule of successful examinees of the February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) is on the following dates:

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. The exact date, of whether the oath-taking will be conducted face-to-face or virtual, will be provided here once announced.

Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.

Meanwhile, those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking may attend the online oath-taking or request for a special oath-taking.

The February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) covered the following topics:

• Nursing Practice I – Care of Individuals, Families, Population Groups and Community (Community Health Nursing);
• Nursing Practice II Part 1 – Care of Mother, Adolescent (Well Clients), At Risk or With Problems (Acute & Chronic) and Part 2 – Human Growth and Development;
• Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Problems in Surgery, Oxygenation, Fluid and Electrolytes, Infectious, Inflammatory and Immunologic Response, Cellular Aberrations (Acute and Chronic);
• Nursing Practice IV – Care of Client with Problems in Nutrition, and Gastro-Intestinal, Metabolism and Endocrine. Perception and Coordination (Acute and Chronic); and
• Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Maladaptive Patterns of Behavior (Acute and Chronic); Care of Clients with Life-Threatening Condition, Acutely Ill/Multi-Organ Problems, High Acuity and Emergency Situation.
