The August 2025 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Exam (MELE) will be conducted in the following testing centers nationwide: NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.

This year’s 2nd batch of MELE will be conducted on August 9, 10 & 11, 2025.

Things to Bring Examination Day

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

  • Notice of Admission
  • Official Receipt
  • One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
  • Two (2) or more pencils (NO. 2)
  • Ball pens (black ink only)
  • One (1) piece long brown envelope
  • One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
  • NON-PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATOR. (PLEASE REFER TO COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1809 (S. 2024) OR THE “UPDATED LIST OF NON-PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS ALLOWED TO BE USED IN THE LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS”)
  • NOTE: ONLY ONE CALCULATOR SHALL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE EXAMINATION ROOM. ALL CALCULATORS SHALL BE INSPECTED AND HAVE TO BE RESET BEFORE THE START OF THE EXAMINATION.
